SAP SuccessFactors Technical Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled SAP SuccessFactors Specialist to join our team at Scotiabank. As a key member of our HR team, you will be responsible for providing technical leadership in the analysis, design, development, configuration, and support of cost-effective, online HR management and decision support systems.
Key Responsibilities- Provide technical leadership in the design, development, configuration, and support of SAP SuccessFactors solutions.
- Lead the implementation of HR processes within SuccessFactors, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex business problems and meet tight deadlines.
- Develop and maintain systems requirement specifications, ensuring accurate and clear documentation of user requirements.
- Manage multiple small HR technology projects, planning and scheduling resources to optimize productivity.
- 1-3 years combined SAP SuccessFactors configuration experience.
- SAP SuccessFactors PMGM certification.
- Knowledge of Talent process to oversee day-to-day activities.
- Working knowledge of HR business process.
- Expertise in Microsoft suite.
- Creative, self-starting, results-oriented, and highly motivated individual with excellent analytical skills.
- Proven interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills to build consensus and obtain cooperation from users and senior management.
