Investment Implementation Services Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Investment Implementation Services Specialist to join our team at Axelon Services Corporation. As a key member of our investment operations team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional client service and ensuring the smooth implementation of investment strategies.
Key Responsibilities- Client Onboarding: Collaborate with the Head of Client Implementation to transition and onboard new clients, ensuring a seamless experience and meeting all regulatory requirements.
- Investment Implementation: Work closely with the investment team to implement new investment strategies, including planning, approval, and execution.
- Portfolio Management: Manage client portfolios, including trade order management, securities settlement, and fund settlement.
- Risk Management: Identify and mitigate potential risks associated with client investments, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Communication: Provide regular updates and reports to clients, ensuring transparency and clear communication throughout the investment process.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as finance, economics, or business.
- Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in investment operations, portfolio management, or a related field.
- Skills: Strong technical, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
- Soft Skills: Excellent communication, interpersonal, and project management skills, with a strong attention to detail.
