- Client Information Management: Maintain accurate client information and deliver exceptional services, including plan mergers, dismantling of Master Trusts, plan name changes, client billing, and client documentation.
- Education: Undergraduate degree in a relevant finance, economics, or related discipline.
- Experience: 5+ years of Portfolio Manager experience with a focus on institutional client account maintenance, defined contribution platforms, and trade order management.
- Skills: Outstanding technical, analytical, and problem-solving skills; Microsoft Office competence with a strong emphasis on Excel, including Macro proficiency; strong organizational skills; ability to manage multiple priorities and work with minimal supervision; excellent interpersonal and project management skills with a strong attention to detail; strong verbal and written communication skills.
