We are seeking a highly skilled and professional Security Officer to join our team at Paladin Security. As a Security Officer, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of our clients' assets and personnel.
Key Responsibilities- Control access to the facility and maintain accurate logs of those entering and leaving the premises
- Monitor and respond to security incidents, including theft, vandalism, and accidents
- Conduct regular patrols of the facility to identify potential security risks
- Collaborate with other security personnel to ensure a safe and secure environment
- Communicate effectively with clients, employees, and visitors to resolve security-related issues
- Valid Ontario Security Guard license
- Standard First Aid and CPR Level C certification
- Experience in a truck gate/warehouse environment
- Ability to work rotating shifts, including days, nights, and weekends
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
