  • Handle customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment, preferably in the food and beverage industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Ability to work in a standing position for extended periods, with regular breaks as needed.
  • Availability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
