Sales Team Lead

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Sales Supervisor to join our team at 1681748 Ont Inc. As a Sales Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales staff and ensuring the smooth operation of our retail store.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead and manage a team of 5-10 sales staff, including cashiers, grocery clerks, and retail salespersons.
- Assign sales workers to duties and ensure that tasks are completed efficiently.
- Hire and train new staff members, or arrange for training to be provided.
- Order merchandise and authorize returns.
- Establish work schedules and ensure that sales staff are aware of their responsibilities.
- Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters.
- Resolve customer complaints and supply shortages in a timely and professional manner.
- Organize and maintain inventory, including stock levels and storage.
- 1-2 years of experience in a retail sales environment.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Valid driver's license and own vehicle.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
