**Job Summary**

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Human Resources leader to join our team at Odgers Berndtson as an Associate Vice President, People and Culture. This is a key leadership position that will play a critical role in shaping the organization's culture and people strategy.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance the employee experience and drive high performance.
  • Collaborate with the Senior Leadership Team to foster a healthy and supportive work environment that values learning and development.
  • Lead by example and embody the organization's values, including reconciliation and decolonization, equity, diversity, inclusion, and anti-racism.
  • Provide strategic guidance and support to the Vice President, Finance, and other stakeholders to achieve organizational goals.
