**Job Summary**
We are seeking a seasoned Senior Human Resources leader to join our team at Odgers Berndtson as an Associate Vice President, People and Culture. This is a key leadership position that will play a critical role in shaping the organization's culture and people strategy.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance the employee experience and drive high performance.
- Collaborate with the Senior Leadership Team to foster a healthy and supportive work environment that values learning and development.
- Lead by example and embody the organization's values, including reconciliation and decolonization, equity, diversity, inclusion, and anti-racism.
- Provide strategic guidance and support to the Vice President, Finance, and other stakeholders to achieve organizational goals.
Requirements
- Proven track record of success in a senior human resources leadership role, with a focus on organizational development and culture.
- Strategic thinking and broad organizational experience, with the ability to develop and implement effective strategies and initiatives.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders.
- Commitment to reconciliation and decolonization, equity, diversity, inclusion, and anti-racism, with a demonstrated ability to lead by example.
