Asphalt Breakdown and Finish Roller Operator

Golderado Contracting Corp is seeking a skilled Asphalt Breakdown and Finish Roller Operator to join our team. As a key member of our construction crew, you will be responsible for operating finish roller equipment and ensuring the highest quality asphalt paving results.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operate finish roller equipment to achieve smooth and even asphalt surfaces.
  • Handle and distribute construction materials to and from work areas.
  • Work on various schedules, including evenings and weekends, as project demands.
  • Meet project deadlines and maintain a safe working environment.
Requirements:
  • 2 years of industrial or civil construction experience or equivalent.
  • Valid driver's license (class 5) and reliable transportation.
  • Strong communication skills and an outgoing personality.
  • Ability to work overtime when necessary.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Google Drive.
