About the Role

MHAWK HOME SOLUTIONS INC. is seeking a skilled Drywall Installer to join our team. As a Drywall Installer, you will be responsible for installing and finishing drywall in residential and commercial construction projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Installation: Measure, cut, fit, and install drywall sheets to create smooth surfaces.
  • Finishing: Apply successive coats of compound, sand seams and joints, and fill holes and cracks with joint compound.
  • Taping: Tape over joints using a taping machine and embed tape in compound.
  • Quality Control: Ensure high-quality finishes and meet project deadlines.
  • Communication: Collaborate with project managers, contractors, and other team members to ensure successful project execution.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in drywall installation and finishing.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 30 hours per week.
