About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Drywall Finisher to join our team at Top Side Drywall (2018) Ltd. as a key member of our finishing crew.

Key Responsibilities
  • Cut and Install Metal Corner Beads: Protect exterior corners with precision and attention to detail.
  • Filling and Smoothing: Fill joints, nail indentations, holes, and cracks with joint compound using a trowel and broad knife.
  • Finishing Corners and Angles: Create decorative designs in the finish coat, if required, and finish corners and angles with precision.
  • Sheet Installation: Measure, cut, fit, and install drywall sheets with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Securing Sheets: Position and secure sheets to metal or wooden studs or joists with precision.
  • Taping and Embedding: Tape over joints using a taping machine and embed tape in compound with care.
  • Layout Preparation: Prepare wall and ceiling layouts with attention to detail.
Work Environment and Physical Demands
  • Work Site Environment: Work outdoors in various weather conditions.
  • Physical Demands: The role requires physical stamina and the ability to perform repetitive tasks.
