Global Sourcing Manager

Job Overview
The Sourcing Operations Lead is a key role within Spin Master Ltd, responsible for driving strategic procurement initiatives and ensuring the effective management of procurement policies, processes, systems, and tools.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain procurement policies, procedures, and guidelines to ensure compliance and efficiency.
- Manage and maintain the Master Vendor File in SAP, including the process for adding, modifying, and deleting suppliers in the database for all Spin Master regions globally.
- Oversee the Procurement Website and ensure it remains up-to-date and accurate.
- Support and maintain the spend cube, including reporting out and presenting regular data updates.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure end-to-end procurement P2P processes are efficient and effective.
- Prepare and present monthly OPEX updates as required.
- Maintain procurement-related policies, guidelines, and procedures.
- Develop and maintain communication and training materials.
Requirements
- Expert knowledge of SAP and its applications in procurement.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Good financial and business acumen.
- Procurement/sourcing/supply chain professional certification is an asset.
