Global Sourcing Manager

Brookfield Asset Management is seeking a highly skilled Global Sourcing Manager to join our Technology Services team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and managing our sourcing category strategy, leading the strategic sourcing process, and managing vendor relationships.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and manage sourcing category strategies to support business needs and objectives
- Lead the strategic sourcing process, including requirements gathering, vendor selection, and contract negotiation
- Manage vendor relationships, including vendor risk assessment, cyber-security review, and compliance review
- Analyze changing conditions and perform analysis within managed commodity scope
- Develop opportunities to drive cost optimization and operational efficiencies within current and new 3rd party arrangements
- Minimum 3 years degree or diploma in Business Management or related discipline, or 7-10 years' experience in Technology Sourcing
- Working knowledge in the following sourcing categories: Infrastructure, Cyber-Security, and End-User
- Advanced skills in Excel, PowerBI, and PowerPoint
- Organizational and project management skills
- Effective listening, comprehension, and impactful communication skills
