Food Service Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Canadian Pizza Unlimited. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of our restaurant, including supervising staff, managing inventory, and maintaining high standards of quality and customer service.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and Co-ordinate Staff: Lead and motivate a team of food service staff to ensure excellent customer service and high-quality food preparation.
- Inventory Management: Requisition food and kitchen supplies, estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation, and maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
- Quality Control: Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards, address customers' complaints or concerns, and maintain a clean and safe working environment.
- Training and Development: Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, and provide ongoing coaching and feedback to improve performance.
- Operations Management: Establish work schedules, manage budgets, and make decisions to improve efficiency and productivity.
- Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
- Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a food service supervisory role.
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work under pressure, and a strong attention to detail.
