Food Service Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at 2248735 Alberta Ltd. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food service department, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and high-quality food.
Key Responsibilities:- Leadership: Supervise and coordinate the activities of kitchen staff, ensuring that they are working efficiently and effectively to meet the needs of our customers.
- Food Quality: Ensure that all food is prepared and presented to the highest standards, meeting our quality control standards.
- Customer Service: Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner, ensuring that our customers feel valued and respected.
- Inventory Management: Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, ensuring that our inventory is managed effectively.
- Reporting: Prepare and submit reports on a regular basis, providing management with key performance indicators and insights.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service supervisory role.
- Work Setting: Restaurant environment.
- Physical Demands: Combination of sitting, standing, walking, and standing for extended periods.
