Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish and implement efficient work schedules to meet the demands of our busy restaurant.
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of our food preparation and service staff to ensure seamless execution of our menu.
  • Train and develop our staff in their job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures to maintain a clean and safe working environment.
  • Estimate and manage inventory of ingredients and supplies to ensure we have the necessary resources to meet customer demand.
  • Hire and manage our food service staff to ensure we have the right people in the right roles.
  • Monitor and maintain quality control standards to ensure our food and service meet the highest expectations.
  • Prepare and submit reports to management on sales, inventory, and other key performance indicators.
  • Collaborate with our culinary team to develop and implement new menu items and promotions.
Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of experience in a food service supervisory role.
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
  • Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and perform manual tasks.
