Key Responsibilities:
  • Leadership and Supervision: Supervise and coordinate the activities of food service staff, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent service and quality food.
  • Food Quality and Safety: Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards, maintaining a clean and safe environment for our customers.
  • Staff Management: Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, as well as hire and manage food service staff.
  • Inventory and Budgeting: Estimate ingredient and supply requirements, prepare budgets, and maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
  • Customer Service: Address customer complaints or concerns, ensuring a positive dining experience.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service environment.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work under pressure, and a strong attention to detail.
Work Environment:

Our fast-paced environment requires a team player who can work effectively in a dynamic setting. The successful candidate will be able to stand for extended periods, lift up to 25 pounds, and work in a combination of sitting, standing, and walking.
