Accountabilities

- Develop and execute annual and quarterly sales strategies aligned with company objectives.

- Identify, pursue, and convert new business opportunities into profitable clients.

- Collaborate with marketing to generate and follow up on high‑potential leads and campaigns.

- Lead by example in business development, providing clear direction, reports, and follow‑ups.

- Foster collaboration with technical teams to maximize client solutions and profitability.

- Represent the organization at trade shows, industry events, and client meetings.

- Monitor and communicate business progress and emerging opportunities to stakeholders.

Requirements

- Minimum of 10 years of direct sales experience, preferably in aviation, aircraft sales, or financial services.

- Proven ability to develop and execute sales strategies in dynamic, competitive markets.

- Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.

- Excellent problem‑solving, analytical, and decision‑making capabilities.
