The Opportunity: As a key member of our team, the Administrator plays an essential role in managing billing processes, tracking daily metrics, and ensuring timely and accurate reporting. This position also involves processing payments, maintaining positive customer relationships, and delivering excellent customer service via email, phone, and in-person interactions.
The ideal candidate will be a detail-oriented professional with a commitment to accuracy and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment. They will work closely with other team members to support efficient office operations and customer satisfaction through dependable and timely service. Key Accountabilities:
- Manage billing processes efficiently and accurately.
- Track and report daily metrics, ensuring timely and precise data collection.
- Process payments with accuracy and maintain thorough records.
- Deliver exceptional customer service through email, phone, and in-person interactions.
- Respond to phone calls and emails with professionalism and courtesy.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with customers.
- Assist in booking appointments as needed.
- Handle filing, photocopying, and printing to support office operations
What You Need To Be Successful In This Role:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and strong general computer skills.
- Excellent communication skills, including professional phone etiquette.
- Accurate and efficient data entry skills.
- Strong organizational abilities with the capability to multitask and prioritize.
- Keen attention to detail, ensuring precision in all tasks.
- Ability to manage high volumes of data and maintain composure under demanding workloads.
- Skilled in problem-solving with a proactive, inquisitive mindset.
- Demonstrated reliability and dependability.
- A supportive team member open to cross-training in various office functions.
- 2-5 years prior experience in an administrative or office role required.
