Founded in 2007, SOV Construction Inc. has been an integral contributor in projects spanning both British Columbia and Alberta. We are looking for a motivated and dedicated General Labourer to join our well-established and fast-growing team.
**Position Summary**
Due to our growing demand, we are looking to hire an ambitious, dedicated and thorough Office Administrator who is looking to pursue a full-time job with a well-established employer.
**Responsibilities**
- Prepare project package information, update forms, and manage the communication between the office, crews, and project managers
- Prepare inventory of warehouse items
- Schedule and maintain inspections and reports
- Filing paperwork and maintain clear job records
- Facilitate and relay communication and information between project management teams
- Work closely with our project managers and staff and assisting them as needed
**Other Requirements**
- Microsoft Office understanding
- Organizational skills
- Willingness to learn
- Detail oriented
- Ability to work independently and adapt to changes
