As an Office Administrator you will work very closely with customers and the showroom teams. In this role you will be 50% customer facing and 50% completing administration functions.
The Office Administrator will support customers with inquiries either over the phone or in person. As the Office Administrator you are required to type at least 40 wpm; have attention to detail as you will be responsible for collecting payments; entering, posting and settling credit/debit card transactions, preparing and delivering cash and cheque bank deposits, processing financing applications, processing pickups, filing and general clerical tasks. We require someone to be very process driven and be comfortable with computer applications. Excellent communication skills a must; written and spoken.
Compensation
$23.30/hr

- Field any incoming calls and inquiries.
- Assist in administrative duties to run store administration.
- Collaborate with our Sales and Customer Support Team to provide timely, proactive service and support.

The experience we need…
- Experience working in an administrative/customer service role
- Fast and accurate data entry skills with the ability to multi-task
- Experience managing customer conflict and escalation
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Must be able to work weekends when needed

Work Environment
- Showroom environment
- Full-time schedule (38 hours per week): Sundays 10.30am-5pm, Mondays to Thursdays 9.30am-6.00pm, may be scheduled for other shifts, including Saturdays based on business needs of the store
- Location: The position is located in the Kelowna Store. The admin will periodically visit the outlet to process refunds and bank deposits
