Job Description:

Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Training Coordinator to join our team In this role you will get to coordinate training programs for research staff.

What You'll Be Doing:

1. Coordinating training programs for research staff.
2. Developing and implementing training materials and curricula.
3. Ensuring compliance with training and safety standards.
4. Maintaining training records and documentation.
5. Providing training support for research projects as needed.

What Required Skills You'll Bring:

1. Minimum of Bachelor's degree or the equivalent in Molecular Biology, Microbiology, Biochemistry, Immunology, Biology, or a related field.
2. U.S. Citizen
3. Must pass a NACI background check
4. Must be eligible to participate in the BPRP and CS-PRP program.
5. Must be able to work in a BSL-3 laboratory.

Salary Range: $15.68 - $71.30
