The Digital Media Planner will bring expertise in digital marketing, a deep understanding of media trends, and a data-driven mindset to shape campaigns that achieve measurable outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop comprehensive digital media plans that align with client objectives, target audiences, and budgets.
- Conduct research to identify the most effective platforms, channels, and tactics for reaching target audiences.
- Manage media buying across platforms, including programmatic, social, search, display, and video.
- Monitor campaign performance and optimize media placements in real-time to maximize ROI.
- Collaborate with creative and account teams to ensure media plans align with overall campaign strategies.
- Analyze data and generate insights from campaign performance to inform future planning and recommendations.
- Stay current on digital media trends, platform updates, and emerging technologies to inform media strategies.
- Build and maintain relationships with media vendors and platforms to negotiate the best rates and placements.
- Prepare and present media plans, performance reports, and recommendations to internal teams and clients.
- Ensure media campaigns comply with industry standards and best practices.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in digital media planning and buying, preferably within an agency setting.
- Expertise in platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, DSPs, and other programmatic tools.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable insights.
- Proven ability to manage budgets effectively and optimize campaigns for performance.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with confidence in presenting to clients and internal teams.
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams, including creative and account teams.
- Knowledge of healthcare marketing or regulated industries is a plus but not required.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field.
