Executive Administrator – Real Estate Development

Overview
We are seeking a highly resourceful and experienced Executive Administrator to support the CEO of a real estate development company. This is a full-time role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, can take ownership of projects, and is committed to keeping operations running at the highest level.
Responsibilities
- Act as the right hand to the CEO, managing projects from concept to completion
- Anticipate needs, problem solve, and close the loop on tasks without being asked twice
- Manage communications, scheduling, and follow-ups with precision and attention to detail
- Use modern tools, including AI, to streamline processes and improve productivity
- Ensure deadlines are met, information is accurate, and priorities are executed
- Liaise with stakeholders across the real estate industry, including brokers, lawyers, contractors, and team members
- Keep up with the CEO’s pace and adapt quickly to changing priorities
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a full-time executive assistant
- Excellent communication and organizational skills with relentless attention to detail
- Tech-savvy and able to leverage AI and digital tools to enhance productivity
- A proactive, problem-solving mindset with the ability to stay several steps ahead
Compensation
$30 - $40 hourly
