As our Corporate Partnerships [Sponsorships] Manager, you'll be the driving force behind creating strategic sponsorships that bring brands and fans together. This role is all about creativity, collaboration, and closing big deals that make an impact. This role combines new business development with account management and customer service, ensuring both acquisition and long-term success of corporate partnerships. This position will identify, develop, and close new partnership opportunities while overseeing activation, fulfillment, reporting, and measurement for assigned accounts. Building strong client relationships and driving renewals and upsell opportunities are critical to success in this position.

What You'll Do

- Create Connections: Identify and cultivate new corporate sponsorship opportunities for SaskTel Centre driving revenue growth through strategic corporate partnerships while managing and maintaining strong client relationships
- Pitch Like a Pro: Develop customized, proposals and presentations that wow potential partners.
- Own the Process: Manage the full sales cycle-from prospecting and pitching to negotiation, closing, and fulfillment.
- Deliver Excellence: Ensure all sponsorship activations are executed flawlessly and on time.
- Grow Revenue: Drive renewals and upsell opportunities to keep partnerships thriving.
- Be the Face of SaskTel Centre: Represent us at sponsor meetings, networking events, and community functions.

What We're Looking For

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- 5-7 years of experience in sports/live entertainment sponsorship, partnership marketing, or high-level B2B sales.
- Proven success in closing high-value deals and managing multiple accounts.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with a flexible schedule (evenings, weekends, and event days included).
- Acceptable current Criminal Record Check (CRC) is required upon offer of employment.
