Adecco is currently seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Safety Equipment and Gear Sales Representative to join our client's team in Mississauga, ON. This temporary role will offer you a chance to work in a dynamic environment where you will be responsible for sales, customer service, and order management of safety equipment and gear. If you have experience in selling safety products, this is the perfect opportunity for you

- Pay rate: $23/hour.

- Location: Mississauga, ON

- Shifts: Monday-Friday 7:30am-4:30pm

- Job type: Temporary | Full-time

Responsibilities:

- Accurately entering customer orders into the system.

- Ensuring invoices are processed promptly and handling customer returns.

- Assisting customers by providing quotes on safety equipment and gear.

- Engaging with customers through outbound calls to discuss their safety product needs.

- Responding to customer inquiries and assisting with their orders or questions.

- Delivering excellent customer service and ensuring client satisfaction.

- Engaging with customers in-person, helping them select the right products.

- Managing accounts receivable tasks and ensuring payment processes run smoothly.

- Assisting with general office duties to keep operations running smoothly.

- Picking and preparing customer orders for shipment.

- Ensuring the showroom is well-stocked with the latest safety products.

- Helping coordinate training sessions for customers.

- Assisting with periodic inventory counts to ensure stock accuracy.

- Supporting various office tasks as needed.

Requirements:

- Must be legally eligible to work and reside in Canada.

- Minimum of 2 years in a sales or customer service role, ideally in an industrial tools or related field.

- Strong fluency in English (both written and verbal), exceptional customer service skills, and a sense of urgency.

- Ability to multitask, prioritize competing demands, and work both independently and collaboratively with others.

- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

- Experience or knowledge of the industrial tools industry is highly preferred.
