They perform key functions to advance strategic and operational goals, ensuring high-quality care and standards. The role requires critical thinking, systems-level awareness, and the ability to act as a change agent for quality and program initiatives. The Specialist helps plan, recommend, and implement standards, processes, and safety work, supporting teams of in- and out-of-scope staff in projects, policy development, accreditation, clinical procedures, and service changes.
