Our multi-brand and omni-channel approach include our own insurance carrier, insurance brands and partner brands. **Job Summary:****Pethealth Services Inc.** **Bilingual Membership Sales Representative (Spanish)** who will report to the Supervisor, Membership Sales. The Bilingual Membership Sales representative (Spanish) has a primary focus on selling our pet recovery memberships and other products to pet parents calling in to the contact center.* Manages inbound communications from prospective customer and pet parents regarding products and services.* Participates in various outbound campaigns targeting warm leaders.* Responsible for selling, upselling, and cross-selling services and products.* Responsible for partnering with training on employee onboarding strategies.* Identifies trends from inbound communications that can be escalated to a senior or a manager/supervisor.* **This position offers a competitive annual salary, along with uncapped monthly commissions and an annual performance-based bonus*** High School Diploma or equivalent**Expected Hours of Work:*** This is a full-time position: Days and hours to be determined by needs of business.
