Striker Bowling Solutions is a leading partner and supplier to the Canadian bowling industry and the exclusive Capital Agent for Brunswick Bowling in Canada. We're involved in over 40 major projects per year and service over 300 bowling centres across the country. This includes simple equipment replacements, modernization of existing facilities and construction of new family entertainment centres. Our affiliation with Brunswick, the largest bowling manufacturer in the world, allows us to provide unmatched insight into the changes that are ever-present in today's bowling industry. We are also a key product supplier to Canadian bowling industry nationwide, providing day to day products required to keep facilities safe, fun, and operating smoothly.

Here's some of what you can expect as part of the role…

  • Communicating with customers in both French and English
  • Provide excellent customer service skills to new and existing customers.
  • Respond to customer complaints and inquiries quickly and efficiently – primarily via phone and email
  • Build strong relationships with customers through clear communication and active listening
  • Sell and promote all products and services
  • Provide customer assistance and recommendations with various equipment
  • Strong product knowledge by staying up to date on features, updates, benefits and specifications
  • Collect customer information for future follow-ups
  • Upsell services and making product recommendations
  • Close sales and achieving company sales quotas
  • Lead business development initiatives by identifying new marketing opportunities and driving strategies to expand company's customer base and revenue growth
  • Advise customers of backorders and follow up with Brunswick on deliver date(s)
  • Maintain client contacts data in QuickBooks & in Zoho CRM
  • Other duties as assigned

The Who…

The be a successful Inside Sales Representative, you'll have:

  • Bilingual (English and French) is required
  • Proven experience in a sales role - inside sales, outside sales
  • Call centre experience is considered an asset
  • Previous experience with Zoho as asset.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Experienced in rapport building and be generally people oriented
  • Excellent time management
  • Organizational skills - able to prioritize and multi-task
  • The ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Creative problem-solving skills
  • Self-motivated
  • Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
  • A valid "G" driver's license with a clean driving record
