We’re involved in over 40 major projects per year and service over 300 bowling centres across the country, providing equipment replacements, modernisation, and new construction of family entertainment centres. Our affiliation with Brunswick, the largest bowling manufacturer in the world, gives us unmatched insight into industry changes, and we supply day‑to‑day products required to keep facilities safe and operating smoothly. Responsibilities Communicate with customers in both French and English. Provide excellent customer service to new and existing customers. Respond to customer complaints and inquiries quickly and efficiently – primarily via phone and email. Build strong relationships with customers through clear communication and active listening. Sell and promote all products and services. Provide customer assistance and recommendations with various equipment. Maintain strong product knowledge by staying up to date on features, updates, benefits and specifications. Upsell services and make product recommendations. Close sales and achieve company sales quotas. Lead business development initiatives by identifying new marketing opportunities and driving strategies to expand the company’s customer base and revenue growth. Advise customers of backorders and follow up with Brunswick on delivery dates. Maintain client contact data in QuickBooks & in Zoho CRM. Other duties as assigned. Qualifications Bilingual (English and French) is required. Proven experience in a sales role – inside sales, outside sales. Call centre experience is considered an asset. Previous experience with Zoho is an asset. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Experienced in rapport building and generally people‑oriented. Organisational skills – able to prioritise and multi‑task. The ability to work in a fast‑paced environment. Creative problem‑solving skills. Self‑motivated. Ability to work independently as well as in a team. A valid “G” driver’s licence with a clean driving record.
