Our multi-brand and omni-channel approach include our own insurance carrier, insurance brands and partner brands. **Job Summary:****Pethealth Services Inc.** is seeking a **Membership Sales Representative** who will report to the Supervisor, Membership Sales. The Membership Sales representative has a primary focus on selling our pet recovery memberships and other products to pet parents calling in to the contact center.**Job Location:** Remote- Canada**Main Responsibilities:*** Manages inbound communications from prospective customer and pet parents regarding products and services.* Participates in various outbound campaigns targeting warm leaders.* Responsible for selling, upselling, and cross-selling services and products.* Responsible for partnering with training on employee onboarding strategies.* Identifies trends from inbound communications that can be escalated to a senior or a manager/supervisor.* Performs other duties and responsibilities as assigned.* **This position offers a competitive annual salary, along with uncapped monthly commissions and an annual performance-based bonus****Qualifications:*** High School Diploma or equivalent* 2 years’ relevant work experience in a **sales focused** role**Expected Hours of Work:*** This is a full-time position: Days and hours to be determined by needs of business.
