Permits/Project Coordinator

Dear Services is seeking a self-driven candidate with excellent communication skills with all employees, team player, and able to multi-task. Must be willing to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, highly organized, and accustomed to working diligent.
The Permit/Project Coordinator role requires good communication who is diligent, values accuracy and has a good eye for detail, and is flexible, positive and good at juggling priorities.
Responsibilities
- Prepare, submit, track, and close permits with local, state, and federal agencies
- Serve as the primary point of contact for permitting authorities, inspectors, and internal teams
- Coordinate project timelines related to permits, inspections, and approvals
- Maintain accurate records of permits, applications, fees, and correspondence
- Monitor permit status and proactively resolve issues or delays
- Support project managers with scheduling, reporting, and documentation
- Update internal tracking systems, spreadsheets, and project management tools
- Communicate project status updates to customers as needed
Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in permitting, project coordination, construction administration, or a related field
- Familiarity with municipal permitting processes and regulatory requirements
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills
