**Role Overview**:
We’re seeking a motivated Project Coordinator to support our construction team and report directly to the Senior Project Manager. You’ll handle project planning, safety prep, supplier coordination, and progress tracking to keep projects on time and budget. This is a fast-paced role that requires organization, quick thinking, and teamwork.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Set up and manage project documentation and logistics.
- Ensure safety compliance and prepare related plans.
- Coordinate materials, suppliers, and subcontractors.
- Track project progress and assist with claims and change orders.
- Support onsite teams to resolve issues efficiently.
- Communicate regularly with the Senior Project Manager to ensure project alignment.

**What You’ll Need**:

- Experience in construction project coordination (underground work is a plus).
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Knowledge of safety standards and best practices.

**What We Offer**:

- Starting salary: $75,000/year.
- 4 weeks vacation.
- Full-time role with 48-55 hours/week.

Pay: From $75,000.00 per year
