Masonry Project Coordinator

Job Summary
The Masonry Project Coordinator is responsible for supporting project managers, employees, clients, and suppliers throughout the lifecycle of construction projects. This role requires a proactive, organized, and detail-oriented individual who can manage schedules, track project progress, and facilitate communication among stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate construction schedules, resources, equipment, and information
- Support project start-up and close-out processes
- Maintain accurate documentation including contracts, permits, RFIs, submittals, and change orders
- Act as a liaison between the office and job site, suppliers, and clients
- Track project progress, prepare status reports, and flag potential issues
- Ensure site compliance with occupational health and safety standards
- Assist in procurement and purchasing processes
- Participate in internal and external meetings and prepare minutes
- Update project management software and maintain accurate project files
**Qualifications**:
- Post-secondary education in Construction Management, Civil Engineering Technology, Architecture, or a related field
- 1-3 years of experience in a construction coordination or administrative role
- Familiarity with Canadian construction codes, safety regulations, and provincial standards
- Proficient in MS Office (Outlook & Excel) and project management tools
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
- Team player and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
Assets (Nice to Have)
- Fluent in French would be considered an asset
- Knowledge of Bluebeam, SiteDocs, and QuickBooks Online considered an asset
