Lizotte and Associates Real Estate, Edmonton’s leading independent commercial brokerage, is offering an exciting opportunity for newly licensed or soon-to-be-licensed **Commercial Real Estate Associates** who are eager to learn, grow, and succeed under the guidance of seasoned professionals.

This role is ideal for individuals who are motivated to build a long-term career in commercial real estate and want direct access to mentorship, deal experience, and real-world learning alongside one of our top-producing senior associates.

**PLEASE NOTE: This is a commission-based position.**

**What You’ll Gain**:

- One-on-one mentorship from a senior agent with deep industry knowledge
- Hands-on experience in commercial leasing and sales transactions
- Exposure to a broad range of asset classes including office, industrial, retail, and investment properties
- Personalized support as you develop your own book of business

**Your Role Will Include**:

- Supporting senior agents with lead generation, research, and client outreach
- Preparing and organizing listing documents, proposals, and client materials
- Attending property tours, client meetings, and industry networking events
- Managing CRM systems and maintaining transaction files
- Contributing to marketing efforts and collaborating with the in-house marketing team
- Building your own professional presence while learning the end-to-end deal process

**We’re Looking for**:

- Recently licensed (or in the final stages of licensing) individuals in commercial real estate
- Strong communication skills and a professional demeanor
- A self-starter who is coachable, reliable, and eager to learn
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- A passion for real estate, business development, and client service
- Comfortable with cold calling, outreach, and building relationships
