Sodexo has an exciting opportunity for a Senior Human Resource Manager who will direct and support the Sodexo HR activities supporting recruitment, program development, employee relations, onboarding support, personnel files, and FMLA/ADA administration at our Houston, TX location.

What You'll Do
The successful candidate will have experience in all Human Resources supporting an hourly and salaried staff size of 350+ employees, HR functions including administration of facility hiring, retention, termination, legal compliance, benefits, worker's compensation, FMLA, long-term staffing strategies, payroll, and more.
- Support Human Resources functions for front-line and salaried staff including but not limited to recruitment, employee relations, onboarding, training, payroll, legal compliance, benefits, worker's compensation, and HR strategy.
- Work closely with on-site managers to ensure compliance with Sodexo human resource policy and procedures and other human resource needs. Ability to establish trust with internal and external clients.
- Support other HR activities as needed.

Minimum Education Requirement: Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
Minimum Management Experience: 5 years
Minimum Functional Experience: 3 years of HR experience
