As a Sales Manager, you will lead and scale a high-performing sales team focused on selling coaching programs to aspiring real estate investors across North America. This is a strategic leadership role responsible for developing and refining sales processes, leveraging CRM and automation tools to maximize lead conversion and pipeline efficiency. You will oversee multiple sales functions—including event sales, inside sales, and future B2B channels—while working closely with executive leadership. This position is based in Cambridge, ON, with a requirement to be in the office three days per week.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Lead and coach a remote, commission-based sales team across North America

- Build and implement sales processes, scripts, KPIs, and accountability systems

- Optimize lead conversion and revenue per lead from warm inbound leads

- Recruit and develop additional inside sales and B2B team members

- Analyze sales metrics and implement strategies for performance improvement

- Foster in-office collaboration and alignment across teams (3-day on-site expectation)

OFFICE LOCATION & SALES TERRITORY:

- Office Location: Cambridge, Ontario

- Hybrid Work Model: 3 days/week in-office required

- Sales Territory: North America (focus on both Canadian and U.S. clients)

EXPERIENCE, BACKGROUND & EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS:

- 5+ years of strategic sales management experience

- 10+ years of B2C sales experience, with a strong background in closing high-value, intangible services over the phone

TECHNICAL SKILLS:

- Excel – Basic

- PowerPoint – Basic

- Word – Basic

- CRM – Experience with HubSpot (or similar)

THE PRODUCT / SERVICE / SOLUTION:

- Restate investment coaching bundles, priced between $10,000 and $25,000

- These include one-on-one coaching, group sessions, and strategic frameworks that help members build long-term wealth and lifestyle freedom.

PROSPECTIVE CUSTOMERS / INDUSTRY FOCUS / DECISION-MAKER(S):

- Target Clients: individual consumers aged 35–55, with $100K+ household income and access to $25K+ in capital

- Typical Account Value: $10,000 to $25,000 per customer, based on the coaching bundle selected.

SALES CYCLE / ORDER VALUE / ACCOUNT SIZE:

- Sales Cycle: 1–3 months

- Lead Type: Warm inbound only

- Territory: North America

- Team: Currently 7 reps; expansion planned

COMPETITIVE ADVANTAGES:

- High-ticket, proven coaching programs ($10K–$25K)

- Strong brand credibility and founder visibility

- Warm lead generation through content, events, and education

- Action-based member community with high retention

LEADS:

- All leads are warm inbound, generated through marketing funnels, online events, and opt-ins from lower-ticket programs. Sales reps do not cold call; they work from a consistent pipeline of engaged prospects.

SUPPORT & TRAINING:

- The new hire will receive hands-on onboarding

- They are expected to lead the development of future training programs

- The sales team currently receives marketing support, CRM access (HubSpot), and guidance from leadership
