This job allows you to have a positive impact on the organization through your critical core business/technical knowledge, problem resolution expertise and support throughout the life cycle of CWB National Leasing customer agreements.You can work from either our Winnipeg or Montreal office, depending on which one is closer to where you live.Your job• Respond to customer inquiries and concerns• Secure payments in a professional, equitable and timely manner• Work in partnership with clients to resolve disputes and negotiate the best possible solutions• Exercise discretion and respect the confidentiality of all customers and vendor transactions• Manage customer files / make decisions with respect to file acceleration (next steps i.e. repossession, write off, legal action)Your teamWithin the Equipment Finance sector, you are part of a team of 300+ colleagues across Canada, and you report to the Manager, Contract Administration.
