exceptional customer service and strong negotiation abilities, you'll help

clients find fair and effective solutions that support their financial

well-being. Most of your interactions will take place over the phone, allowing

you to build meaningful relationships and offer personalized support.

Your job

  • Respond to client inquiries and

concerns by phone with empathy and professionalism
- Secure payments in a timely and

equitable manner
- Collaborate with clients to resolve

disputes and negotiate solutions that work for both parties
- Handle sensitive information with

discretion and confidentiality

**Your

team**

You'll join

a national team of 300+ colleagues in the Equipment Finance sector, reporting

to the Manager, Contract Administration. Our team is known for delivering

outstanding client experiences and is committed to providing you with

flexibility and quality of life—including hybrid work options and adaptable

hours.

Prerequisites

  • A strong background in customer

service, with a passion for helping clients and resolving issues

  • Proven negotiation skills to

find fair and effective solutions that meet client needs

  • Excellent attention to detail

and ability to document payment arrangements accurately

  • Ability to maintain

confidentiality and thrive in a fast-paced, phone-based environment

  • Intermediate proficiency in MS

Office and a quick learner of new systems

  • Familiarity with compliance

laws related to collections is a strong asset
