The Role:

- Support project managers with planning, scheduling, and day-to-day job coordination

- Assist with organizing job tool lists, materials, equipment, and subcontractor requirements

- Prepare and maintain project documentation, including quotes, purchase orders, work orders, and job files

- Coordinate job walks, site visits, and project launch meetings

- Track project progress, timelines, and deliverables to ensure smooth execution

- Respond to customer inquiries and communicate updates between the PM, site teams, and internal departments

- Assist with manpower scheduling and breakdown response coordination

- Gather and verify information for invoicing, payroll, and project closeout

- Build and maintain positive relationships with customers, vendors, and internal teams

Qualifications:

- 1–3 years of experience in a project coordination or construction support role

- Experience in industrial trades or multi-trade environments is an asset

- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment

- Detail-oriented with excellent follow-through and documentation habits

- Comfortable learning new software and mobile applications

- Competent with MS Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word)

- Ideal candidate is a licensed millwright, although not a requirement

- Valid driver’s licence with a clean record (occasional travel may be required)
