Scope of Position
Our Property Mana gement Coordinator along with our team is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our 65 properties , ensuring tenant satisfaction , and managing maintenance and financial tasks.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Building and maintaining positive relationships with tenants, addressing their concerns, and ensuring their needs are met .
- Oversee day-to-day building operations, including maintenance, repairs, and inspections.
- Develop solutions to building and tenant problems.
- Work with internal property management software to track and document work orders.
- Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and service providers.
- Schedule and supervise routine maintenance, repairs, and capital improvements.
Qualifications & Experience (preferred)
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities to handle competing priorities.
- Knowledge or experience with property management software and proficiency with MS Office Suite would be considered an asset.
- Working knowledge of building and maintenance systems along with construction practices .
$40,000-$60,000 – based on experience
