**Job Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Information Management (archival studies, Museum Conservation), Library Science, Computer Science, Statistics, or Information Systems, or equivalent and 1 year of *related experience; **OR**:

- Diploma in Business Administration, Information Management or equivalent and 2 years of *related experience; **OR**:

- Related course work and 3 years of *related experience; **OR**:

- No related education and 4 years of *related experience.
- Related experience must include a combination of the following:

- Experience with implementing, optimizing and/or operationalizing data ingestion.
- Experience in working collaboratively with various stakeholders, clients and service delivery partners on business process change involving service design improvements and/or automation.
- Experience guiding clients and stakeholders in following best practice in data and/or records management

Preference may be given to applicants with:

- Experience working in Jira, JSM.
- Experience working in an Agile team environment.
- Experience with relational Databases, data management and data governance.
- Experience with a wide range of metadata formats, such as JSON, CSV.
- Experience working in an organization that delivers digital services.
