**Reports to**: Customer Service Supervisor (CSS)

We are looking for an enthusiastic team player for an Inside Sales position with the potential possibility of an Outside Sales Rep in the future We provide a compensation package offering competitive wages plus commission, extended benefits, flexible hours, and a career you can be proud of.

**General Accountability**:
Responsible for handling all external and internal customer interactions professionally and courteously. Creating a high level of customer satisfaction is the primary goal. Inside Sales are expected to support the overall Marketing and Sales goals of the organization.

**Roles & Responsibilities**:

- Respond on a timely basis to customer requests, displaying a sense of enthusiasm and urgency appropriate to customer expectations.
- Provide customers with accurate information on the company's products and services.
- Follow prescribed pricing models and structures, ensuring prices quoted are acceptable to company standards and meet current pricing strategies.
- Enter customer orders correctly into the ERP promptly, accurately, and effectively, maintaining a pace of work that meets acceptable standards.
- Promptly reply to any quotation requests from customers and outside sales reps.
- Proactively follow up on quotations and customer information requests, directly interacting with customers to increase sales volumes.
- Interact with outside sales reps on customer problems, product pricing issues, and special customer requests. Exhibit and promote a sense of teamwork with outside sales reps.
- Ensure all company policies are observed. Ensure quality verifications are conducted as per the requirements of the QA program.
- Communicate effectively with manufacturing, purchasing, warehouse, shipping/receiving, and administration staff to make certain that each customer transaction is completed accurately and timely.
- Utilize time effectively to complete the expected level of work.
- Quality program: implement corrective and preventative action and actively collect and report Customer feedback.

**Qualifications**:

- High school graduate (required)
- Associate degree/college (preferred)
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Min 5 years of customer service experience/inside sales (preferred)
- Experience with information systems such as ERPs and/or CRMs (preferred)
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze information and make sound decisions
- Proficient in data entry and navigating computer systems
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
