**Who we Are**:
Toba Sportswear is a wholesale distributor of blank apparel to the imprintable sportswear industry. Toba Sportswear supplies screen printers, embroiderers, promotional products distributors, and sportswear retailers with a full line of activewear, corporate casualwear, and accessories for all embellishment needs. Located in Winnipeg, Canada, we have been serving the central Canada region since 2003. The goal of Toba Sportswear is to provide an extensive product line at competitive prices, all while offering exceptional customer service.
This is a full-time (M-F), on-site role based in Winnipeg, MB. As an Inside Sales Representative, your responsibilities will include managing customer accounts, processing orders, maintaining records, and providing exceptional customer service.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Manage a portfolio of existing customers, ensuring regular follow-ups and ongoing relationship-building.
- Proactively engage with new customers to expand the company’s client base.
- Provide detailed product information, answer inquiries, and make recommendations based on customer needs.
- Collaborate with the warehouse and logistics teams to ensure accurate and timely delivery of orders.
- Stay updated on product lines, new arrivals, and promotional offers to share with customers.
- Track sales activity, customer interactions, and order progress in CRM software.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to maximize sales potential.
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in a B2B or wholesale environment.
- Excellent communication skills with a customer-centric approach.
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
- Self-motivated, organized, and able to thrive in a steady, customer-focused environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with CRM systems is a plus.
- Knowledge of the imprintable sportswear industry is an asset but not required.
Pay: $24.00-$29.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
