**Position: Inside Sales Representative**
**Reports to: Controller**
**Location: Winnipeg, Manitoba**
**The Opportunity**:
ERLPhase Power Technologies Ltd is looking for an Inside Sales Representative to be the
bridge between the global sales team and the production team. Under the direction of the
Controller, the key focus of this role will be on customer satisfaction through communication and
team coordination to ensure deliverables are executed on time for key accounts.
- Experience in customer service and/or in an inside sales capacity for a technology-based
manufacturer.
- Ability to coordinate and multi-task between various competing demands to ensure that
customer orders are delivered in a timely manner with excellent communication
**Responsibilities**:
Under the leadership of the Controller, perform the following duties:
- Work with key internal partners to develop forecasts and models that realize sales strategy
by coordinating between departments
- Generate weekly and monthly sales and order reports
- Maintain price lists, product costing, demo pools and related tracking
- Facilitate, coordinate, gather information and complete customer tenders, bid packages,
information requests and questionnaires
- Develop and maintain a reasonable level of knowledge about ERLPhase products and
solutions (at a material level) to assist in inventory management and material planning
- Work jointly with Sales and Manufacturing departments to produce quotes and release to
production, establishing delivery dates based on known lead-times and inventory status
- Update job knowledge by studying new product descriptions and by participating in
educational opportunities
- Accomplish department and organization goals by accepting ownership for accomplishing
new and different requests, and by recommending improved polices and procedures
- Coordinate information for customer inquiries quickly and efficiently for Sales team needs
- Assist and coordinate AR collections with specific accounts as and when required

**Skills & Qualifications:
- A minimum of a 2-year technical post-secondary program with related supplemental training
and/or experience
- 3-5 years working in a sales coordinator or customer service capacity
- Strong technical aptitude
- Attention to detail, self-starter, proactive, ability to learn, good interpersonal skills and results
oriented
- Strong communicator: must be able to communicate effectively at all business levels,
including customer management
- Very strong computer and business software skills
- Multi-tasking and time management are essential
- Spanish language skills and Latin American market familiarity is considered an asset
