Depuis 2004, Clobracon spécialise dans les nouveaux projets de construction multi-étages résidentielle construction commerciale, avec nos projets allant d'Ottawa à l'Est du Québec. Nous offrons un environnement de travail rapide, très dynamique et pratique, idéal pour les personnes indépendantes et proactives qui aiment un bon défi, dans lequel les employés ont la chance de découvrir un large éventail de projets de taille variable et avec de la complexité. Les responsabilités du poste sont les suivantes:
1. Poste de soir (13h-21h30) jusqu'au 1er juillet 2024 environ, puis retour au quart de jour normal.

**Expérience**:

- minimum 2 ans

**Compétences**:

- Confortable avec des ordinateurs, une bonne connaissance de Microsoft Office
- Compréhension technique solide de construction
- Expérience avec la nouvelle construction, l'excavation, les fondations, sous-œuvre, et soutènement.
- Bon communicateur

**CONSTRUCTION ASSISTANT SUPERINTENDENT - Multi-Storey Residential - Interior Work**

We are building a very large apartment complex in Ottawa requiring a 2nd superintendent for interior work.

In the construction industry since 2004, Clobracon specializes in new commercial construction, multi-residential and complicated renovation projects, with our projects ranging from Ottawa to Eastern Quebec. We offer a hands-on, fast-paced and very dynamic work environment, ideal for independent and pro-active people who enjoy a good challenge, in which employees get to experience a wide array of projects of varying size and complexity.

Job responsibilities for the position are as follows:
SUPERINTENDENT RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Evening shift (1- 9:30 PM) till about July 1, 2024, then switch back to regular day shift.

a. Open and secure the site every morning and evening - as required

b. Complete all required reports.

**Experience**:

- minimum 2 years
- Experience with multi-story construction in concrete for commercial and multi-residential use.

**Skills**:
1. Comfortable with computers, good knowledge of Microsoft Office

2. Strong technical understanding of construction

3. Experience with new construction, excavation, foundations, underpinning, shoring.

4. Good communication skills

Pay: $90,000.00-$110,000.00 per year
