**What you’ll do**

It’s safe to say, there’s no shortage of variety in what we do. Here are some key accountabilities of the role:

- Coordinate and optimize project management governance and standards within HR to enhance efficiency and effectiveness, while also managing an integrated tracking and reporting system of specific short
- and long-term HR projects across the function that support the alignment of HR strategies with business objectives.
- In coordination with Global Continuous Improvement and industry best practices, identifies, implements, and maintains project management methodologies, tools, documentations, and governance standards to be utilized consistently for HR project activities.
- Supports HR leadership with strategic initiatives and project management requirements, through managing an integrated project reporting and tracking system, including setting milestones, identifying required resources, establishing interdependencies & cross-HR Department timelines, working with project owners to ensure project objectives are delivered on-time, within budget while maintaining mínimal disruption to the business.
- Maintains the HR Project Portfolio, providing multi-project one-view status reporting, milestones, and dependencies, as well as monitoring scope, resource, expense and scheduling impacts; provides guidance to project owners related to maintaining project progress within established goals.
- In partnership with HRIS and IT ensures assigned project implementation solutions meet TJX data privacy and security standards (Sarbanes Oxley and PCI).
- Recommends business system and process changes to improve and refine the capabilities of Human Resources technology and systems.
- Develops and supports the presentation of project and/or systems implementation analysis and long term sustainability recommendations to COE, HRBP, HR Shared Services, and HR Leadership Team.

**What you’ll need**

To continue your career with us, we require the following:

- Minimum three (3) years of experience planning and executing projects of varying size and complexity.
- Bachelor’s degree in HR Operations Management, Business Administration, Project Management or equivalent combination of education, certification (PMP) and experience is preferred.
- Experience with design, implementation, requirements, and process improvement (Lean Six Sigma, Agile) considered an asset.
- Demonstrated leadership skills with ability to lead, motivate and direct resources; act as a collaborative partner with senior management, internal and external partners and positively influence management and staff to act in the best interest of the Company.
- Strong organizational and development skills including change management, time management; ability to implement and manage details, prioritize, time manage and multi-task with limited supervision and sometimes under time pressure.
- Salary Range: $85,430 - $129,188*_ _/year_
- _*This represents the expected hiring range and may not represent the full pay range for the position. The salary offered may be higher than the posted range depending on several factors such as relevant skills, qualifications, and experience._
