**What you’ll do**

It’s safe to say, there’s no shortage of variety in what we do. Here are some key accountabilities of the role:

- Provide business analysis, expert guidance and project technical support to HR program owners with HR systems and/or technology-related project requirements, leveraging collaboration with IT as required.
- Manage, and monitor HR compliance governance processes and provide project management support to assigned projects leaders, supporting requirements and deliverables in alignment with identified objectives.
- Track and report assigned and concurrent tasks, prioritization, risks, issues, actions, decisions, milestones to project leaders and sponsors; ensures integration of project dependencies.
- Supports the development of updated process flows, business process requirements, and job aids through providing expert guidance and collaborating with key stakeholders and COE partners.
- Research and provide project and/or systems data analysis and reporting, in partnership with the COE, HRBP, HRSS, HRLT and global HR Partners.
- Coordinate and facilitate status meetings for supported projects and initiatives; document and share agendas and minutes.
- Coordinates, conducts or assists with system and UAT testing.
- Support the HR Policy Committee through managing and disseminating committee information, including capturing meeting outcomes, agreements and monitoring completion of committed actions.

**What you’ll need**

To continue your career with us, we require the following:

- Minimum three (3) years of experience planning and executing projects of varying size and complexity
- Bachelor’s degree in Operations Management, Business Administration or equivalent combination of education, certification and experience is an asset
- Experience with process analysis, design, implementation, business and technical requirements, problem solving, systems testing and process improvement (Lean Six Sigma, Agile) considered an asset
- Experience in generating process documentation and reports
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills; ability to read, write, communicate and interpret information accurately; able to develop and build relationships with internal and external partners / team members; customer service skills including efficiently and effectively responding to inquiries or resolving any conflicts or problems that might arise
- Salary Range: $85,430 - $129,188*_ _/year_
- _*This represents the expected hiring range and may not represent the full pay range for the position. The salary offered may be higher than the posted range depending on several factors such as relevant skills, qualifications, and experience._
