The **Kingston, Ontario office **is looking for an organized, driven, and ambitious **Inside Sales Coordinator** to join the Service team.

**SUMMARY OF THE ROLE**:
Reporting to the Technical Services Division Manager, the Inside Sales Coordinator will play a fundamental role in creating quotations, proposals, and contracts. This position will be responsible for sourcing and purchasing of material and working with sub-contractors to coordinate these proposals, while also working with the division manager and estimator on composing bid tenders and document control on projects.

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Obtain information from the manager, technicians, customers, or tenders to compose quotations.
- Work with vendors to gain acceptable lead times and pricing.
- Compile required insurance, bonding, and documentation for quotations.
- Obtain pricing and schedules from sub-contractors.
- Compose schedules to accommodate quotations presented to customers.
- Work with the division manager and estimator on tender closings.
- Compose and submit for review any extras, RFI's, CCN's etc. pertaining to projects.
- Document control.
- Quotation and project billing.
- Compiling and submitting turnover packages and as-builts.

**SPECIFIC EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS**:

- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office products including MS Project.
- Previous experience with compiling information and composing quotations.
- Experience working with vendors and sub-contractors.
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively while meeting deadlines.
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
- Ability to take direction and work with team members.
