**What you'd be doing**:
Reporting to the Senior Product Manager, the Product Manager defines, plans and leads the short-term category Go-To-Market (GTM) plan including the 4P’s for the Business Machine Group Hardware (BMG HW). The PM is responsible for managing and reporting on category performance as well as managing the overall pricing and promotional strategy to ensure KPIs are met. The PM will analyze sales, sell through, market trends and the competitive landscape to learn and provide recommendations on 4P’s and GTM strategies.

**Some key responsibilities**:

- Accountable for the category GTM strategy: plan, create, lead, forecast and measure category deliverables while managing cross-functional implementation.
- Drive product launches by collaborating closely with the Sales, Marketing and Supply Chain teams to ensure a timely launch with all required deliverables completed.
- Understand market conditions and paths to market, evaluate and recommend the most appropriate product placement, channel and promotional plans to maximize category performance in collaboration with marketing team.
- Monitor, analyze and communicate market trends and competitive landscape to identify opportunities for growth and potential impacts on the business strategies.
- Regular analysis and reporting on sales and profit with the objective to provide recommendations to achieve category KPIs.

**What we look for**:

- 5-7 years of Product/Category Management experience.
- Effective communicator with the ability to influence and persuade.
- Analytical and critical thinking, able to manipulate and interpret data, numbers, and other sources of information.
- Able to plan and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Accountable and drive to achieve goals.
- English is a must, French is an asset.
