**What you'd be doing**:
Reporting to the Manager, Product Planning, the Product Manager (PM) defines, plans and leads the short-term category Go-To-Market (GTM) plan. The PM is responsible for managing and reporting on category performance as well as managing the overall pricing and promotional strategy to ensure KPIs are met. The PM will analyze sales, sell through, market trends and the competitive landscape to learn and provide recommendations on GTM strategies.

**Some key responsibilities**:

- Accountable for the category GTM strategy: plan, create, lead and measure category deliverables while managing cross-functional implementation.
- Understand market conditions and paths to market, evaluate and recommend the most appropriate product placement, channel and promotional plans to maximize category performance.
- Monitor, analyze and communicate market trends and competitive landscape to identify opportunities for growth and potential impacts on the business strategies.
- Regular analysis and reporting on sales and profit with the objective to provide recommendations to achieve category KPIs.
- Drive product launches by collaborating closely with the Sales, Marketing and Supply Chain teams to ensure a timely launch with all required deliverables completed.

**What we look for**:

- 5-7 years of Product/Category Management or Product Marketing Management experience.
- Effective communicator with the ability to influence and persuade.
- Analytical, able to manipulate and interpret data, numbers, and other sources of information.
- Able to plan and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Accountable and drive to achieve goals.
- English is a must, French is an asset..
